The exact cost for your address is calculated at checkout based on the postcode and the item’s weight / value band. We never add hidden surcharges after order.
Dispatch and tracking
- Orders placed and paid before 12pm UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/bank holidays go out on the next working day.
- You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected by the courier. Royal Mail and Parcelforce both let you set a delivery preference (safe place, neighbour, redirect) from the tracking page.
- For London collection: we agree the slot with you on WhatsApp before dispatch — no fixed dispatch cut-off.
Insurance and risk in transit
All UK shipments are sent on insured tracked services. The risk of loss or damage stays with Jiils until the parcel reaches the address you gave us — if a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund in full, no investigation cost to you.
If your delivery is late by more than three working days against the times above, contact us on WhatsApp and we’ll open a Royal Mail / Parcelforce trace immediately. We do not require you to wait the standard 15-working-day “lost in post” window before we act.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International orders are not accepted at checkout. If you are in the EU / EEA and you’d like to buy from us, message us on WhatsApp — we’ll quote insured courier costs case by case.
Returns and refunds
