How do I wipe my data before pickup?
For Windows: Settings → Recovery → Reset this PC → Remove everything. For Mac: Erase All Content and Settings in System Preferences. We can also do it for you on-site if you prefer.
What if my laptop is older than 5 years?
Age isn't the only factor — spec, condition, and demand matter more. A well-maintained 6-year-old ThinkPad or MacBook Pro can still fetch a solid price. Submit a quote and we'll tell you honestly.
Is the price guaranteed once I get a quote?

Do you collect from outside Greater London?
We collect free within the M25. Outside that radius, we'll arrange a prepaid tracked courier — typically Royal Mail Special Delivery — at no cost to you.

Most devices are tested, cleaned, and resold through our shop or eBay store. Faulty units are repaired or responsibly recycled. Nothing goes to landfill.
